Dr. Pilkington has been practicing in Springfield since graduating from the University of Missouri School of Optometry in 1986. He has been in association with the Lenscrafters in Springfield since his graduation. Dr. Pilkington established Springfield Eyecare in 2004 and Northpark Eyecare in 2009. He and his wife Lisa have been married since 1985 and have 5 children.
